Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the initial 90-day commitment period. Your service continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
One-time implementation fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun. If you cancel before onboarding begins, implementation fees may be refunded at RelayCrew AI's discretion.
All subscriptions include a 90-day initial commitment period from the service start date. Cancellations during this period are subject to the remaining balance of the 90-day commitment.
Submit cancellation requests in writing to crew@getrelaycrew.com with your company name, account email, and requested cancellation date. We will confirm receipt within one business day.
Following cancellation, your AI workers will be deactivated immediately upon service end. We will retain your data for 90 days to allow for any transition needs, then delete it per our data retention policy. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@getrelaycrew.com.
