These Terms of Service govern your use of RelayCrew AI services. By engaging RelayCrew AI, you agree to these terms. Please have an attorney review these terms before signing a service agreement.
RelayCrew AI provides managed AI worker configuration, deployment, and optimization services for business clients. The specific bots, workflows, and channels included in your service are defined in your order form and service agreement.
RelayCrew AI systems are designed to escalate sensitive, financial, contractual, safety-related, and irreversible actions to human operators. Client is responsible for ensuring adequate human oversight is in place and for configuring appropriate escalation contacts.
Client is responsible for ensuring their use of RelayCrew AI complies with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing laws, and AI disclosure requirements. RelayCrew AI provides configuration and operation services; legal compliance responsibility rests with the client.
RelayCrew AI's liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit such limitations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida.
